The apartment itself is very pleasant: modern, functional, spacious and conveniently located. The neighbours are friendly. The main downside is the significant noise from the nearby main road. However, my experience with the landlady was extremely poor. After five years of renting the apartment and signing the final check-out inspection, she attempted to charge me for extensive renovation work over a few minor marks on the walls, which in my view amounted to normal wear and tear after five years and could largely have been dealt with by simple cleaning. To this day, I still have not received my security deposit back and have had to initiate legal proceedings to recover it, along with the costs I have incurred as a result of this situation. During my tenancy, I was also faced with several service-charge adjustments amounting to thousands of euros, for which I never received clear explanations despite repeatedly asking for them.
